Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 15 to 30 working days.
Refunds are not applicable in cases of Force Majeure (natural disasters, political unrest, etc.).
No refunds will be provided if the client voluntarily chooses not to use part or all of the services, including: hotel stays, meals, cruises, optional tours, or entrance tickets.
Late arrivals, personal reasons, or health issues do not qualify for partial refunds.
The client bears full responsibility for following up with their issuing bank to confirm when the refund amount has been credited to their credit/debit card.
Booking Policy
The multiple booking may result in multiple postings to the cardholders monthly statement.
